Additionally, the implementation of 11DB/Postgres™ is supported by Dashboard Monitoring, which provides users with ease in monitoring system performance. This makes it easier for the Directorate General of Customs and Excise to manage their IT infrastructure effectively and ensure a smooth operation.

Moreover, the implementation of High Availability guarantees that the system is available up to 99.9% throughout the year.
